We would be only too happy to reply all comments, which are sent via our contact form. On the one hand there is the possibility to send us an anonymous message, which is no problem. However, if a contact adress is specified, then this should be a real existing.
It sometimes happens that our responses are acknowledged by non-delivery mails. It makes quite the impression that the addresses are not fancy products, but maybe somewhere there is a typo. This is something which we have no influence concerning comment submissions. Apart from that we always try to answer each mail request and every comment submission.
